The homecoming by author maitry is a fictional read revolving around the life of   shikha    who leads a pretty normal life at both workplace as well as in her marriage, but suddenly her work doesn't feel rewarding, her husband feels distant.  A courageous trip to ladak is going to turn her life and bring up a whole new purpose of life for her.... How well does she accept it ? Pick it up to find out.

The concept behind the book is unique,  it's execution is done well.

The language is simple and lucid.

The narration is done quiet well.

The writing style was very exceptional and unique, the protagonist narrates the story in a way she'd want her best friend to know about it.

The storie  was truly a heart touching one.
Loved the way the character of the protagonist developed from a an average girl to a courageous and a confident one! Despite all the odds she faced.


Overall, it was  a good book. Pick it up if you want  to read a unique heartwarming story !
