OVERVIEW/ MY OPINION:
I had a really wonderful experience with this book.
Firstly the concept around which it revolves is very deep, I have read a few books that claim to inspire one, but honestly I could never relate to any book as much as I did with this.
The author has beautifully crafted the characters and places, along with perfectly tackling the unforseen problems / situations faced by teenagers. Secondly the writing style was pretty impressive and the language used was easy going and lucid. The narration was good & crisp. I could connect very well with Myra & kabir, every step taken by them was quite practical and at times unexpected.
I loved the beautiful quotes & the dash of poetry that accompanied this book.
The cover was sceptically designed, keeping in mind the interest of a reader and the title is appropriately chosen, keeping in mind the curiosity of the reader.
I yet can't believe that this is the authors debut novel, she has done a really fantastic job with it.
The twist towards the end, blew my mind completely! Overall this was a very pleasant, easy going and quick read .
This book is honestly the best for teenagers, of course people belonging to any age can read it, but me being a teenager I truly think that this book is perfect for teenagers.
I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
MY RATING: 4.5/5๐
